This class was initially an ILT course I facilitated for my previous employer, that I am taking and making my own, converting it into bite-sized e-Learning modules.

The ability to convert ILT into e-Learning is increasingly important now when so many are working from home, but still need to complete training modules as part of their role.

Converting ILT courses to e-Learning modules is also helpful when ILT facilitation resources at a company are limited, and the Learning and Development team needs to provide this established course to employees in other office locations, or to new hires, but are unable to recreate the classroom setting.
